Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made-to-order, printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
All Sales Are Final
Since all items are custom printed upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
Color expectations differing slightly from screen
Please refer to our size guides and product descriptions before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your item, please:
- Double-check your address was entered correctly at checkout
- Contact your local carrier
- If unresolved, contact us—we’ll investigate and do our best to help
